Neesh Property recommend that you take out contents and tenants insurance during your lease.

Whilst every opportunity has been taken to ensure your property is safe and maintained, you are nt covered for any break in, theft or damage to the property that has occurred during your tenancy.If you damage the property during the tenancy, you will be given the option to fix it, or have it fixed by one of our contractors. If you have had the item fixed and it is not up to a professional standard, you will be asked to have the item readdressed.

Failing this, we will arrange to have it repaired and will seek to recover the amount from the Bond.We cannot suggest any particular insurance company that you should chose. Please ensure you are covered for Theft, Fire and Damage.

The Landlord and Neesh Property will accept no liability for theft, loss, damage or fire caused by the tenant either directly or indirectly.

You are not covered under the landlords insurance.
