Selection Criteria

The role of the Property Investment Specialists involves generating and maintaing new client referrals, presenting property investment strategies tailored to their individual needs and presentations at our workshops. We are looking for the most driven and experienced professionals to form the core of our sales function.

Ideal candidates will have;

• Minimum 2 years property sales experience
• Property and Finance experience preferred but not essential
• Strong sales skills
• A high standard of professionalism
• The ability to work in a team environment

Successful applicants will initially attend a training course, which includes the completion of a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking). This course also covers compliance requirements and training on the right tools, processes, accounting practices, controls, and technology to assist customers to find the right home finance.

All successful applicants also have the opportunity to be placed with one of our successful mortgage broking team leaders as part of our mentoring program.
