Execution on all levels is imperative when promoting any property for both sales and leasing and with this in mind Michael ensures all productive channels of marketing, whether digital, targeted or unique strategies are reviewed. Michael has pioneered the use of Virtual Reality tours and live streamed 360 degree tours in Property Management, using his love and continued knowledge in the technical world to bring the benefits of such technology to vendors, buyers, landlords and renters. Making the virtual reality process an in house product gives Neesh the ability to uniquely provide a dedicated service for your customers.

When not working on his businesses Michael can be found spending time with his young family and perfecting his salami recipe after winning the 2016 Salami festival.

A strong work ethic and attention to detail Catherine brings with her years of experience managing a marketing company and strengths in communicating with clients and industry specialists. Working alongside her husband in their family business Catherine has helped to develop the company from its fruition. Catherine’s excelled communication skills and ability to relate to all types of people are necessary strengths for understanding the needs of our clients and development of Neesh Property in the industry.  Whilst her patience and knowledge of systems and processes ensures the company is continuing to grow and develop in an efficient and effective way.

Outside of work Catherine and her young family enjoy local activities in their suburb (West Footscray). Catherine also has a love for cooking, gardening and design.
